  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, GREAT DOG STUFF ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, GREAT DOG STUFF ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy
    • Great Dog Stuff wants you to be satisfied with the products that you have purchased, and we also want to give you adequate time to examine your purchases. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 30 days after purchase. We will cheerfully extend an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping costs).
    • Products that arrive defective or that become defective within 30 days of shipment may be returned for credit, a refund, or exchanged for a replacement product. A return authorization is required.
    • All merchandise returned to Great Dog Stuff must be in as-new condition and in the original packaging with all warranty cards, tags, manuals, and accessories. Please note that items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced and we will not issue a refund or credit.
    • Returns should be shipped via a traceable delivery service to ensure proper credit.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges (both the return of the merchandise to Great Dog Stuff and the cost for us to ship any new or replacement items to you) unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival or unless Great Dog Stuff made an error in the shipment.
